tomorrow i am going to attempt to make pupusas & curtido , a salvadoran dish, for my love.

cleaning SO many bones today.
yesterday was the first day i skinned and animal or cut it up when it was freshly killed. (i’ve only ever cut off a squirrels tail before.. ) my cat brought a robin into the house to feed her kitties, and after i cleaned up the horrible mess they made, i cut off the feeet, then cut off the head! i took the feathers off, eyes out, all that yuck stuff.
